At a special meeting to be held on August 19, 2025, the shareholders of Golden Ocean Group Limited (GOGL) will vote on the proposed merger with and into CMB.TECH NV. If approved, the merger will be tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on August 20, 2025. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at or around 7:50 p.m. on August 19, 2025. If the merger closes as anticipated, the stock will remain halted on the day of closing (August 20th) and will be suspended effective August 21, 2025. The details are as follows:
